Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Account Security

Account Inactivity

Account Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and processed in BDT. bh99o does not offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion at the time of deposit is the sole responsibility of the player where applicable.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on bh99o are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bh99o supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposits

Deposits to bh99o are credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bh99o does not charge a processing fee for standard bKash and Nagad deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. bh99o reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting any deposit that triggers risk-management thresholds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes to bKash and Nagad. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per request. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name and previously used to make a deposit on the account. bh99o reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bh99o offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bh99o bonuses:

1. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
2. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent claims of the same welcome bonus offer through the use of multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bh99o is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh99o platform:

1. Creating or operating more than one bh99o account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason.

Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, bh99o may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any account, void any bets or winnings generated during the period of suspected abuse, and withhold or recover any funds deposited or withdrawn in connection with the violation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bh99o platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, game interfaces, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bh99o or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the bh99o platform is the exclusive property of bh99o.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the bh99o platform, its content, or any of its features for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of bh99o. Unauthorised use of any bh99o content will constitute an infringement of bh99o's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

7. Responsible Gaming

Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and are not influenced by bh99o or its staff. bh99o is not responsible for the accuracy of odds or statistics provided by third-party data providers.

9. Suspension and Termination

bh99o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if bh99o has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
